Advisory relationship

French Capital Management, LLC is a Florida limited liability company and a Florida state-registered investment adviser (firm CRD #177517). Advisory services are provided by Jason French (CRD #6222062). Registration as an investment adviser does not imply any particular level of skill or training.

How we are paid

For investment management we are fee-only: you pay a transparent advisory fee, and we do not receive commissions on the investments we recommend. The fee and exactly what it covers are explained in our Form ADV and reviewed with you before you sign anything.

Insurance is different. If you choose to buy an insurance product through us — for example life insurance or long-term care coverage — the insurance company pays a commission. That creates a conflict of interest, which we disclose before you decide. You are never obligated to buy insurance through us.

Form ADV and disclosure documents

Our Form ADV Part 2A (firm brochure) and Part 2B (brochure supplement) describe our services, fees, conflicts of interest, and disciplinary history, if any. We deliver them to every client, and you can request a free copy at any time by calling or emailing us.

The Investment Adviser Public Disclosure site (adviserinfo.sec.gov) lists state-registered advisers as well as SEC-registered ones. You can also check any individual’s background on FINRA BrokerCheck.

Credentials

Jason French holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Florida and has passed the Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law) and Series 65 (Uniform Investment Adviser Law) examinations. Passing an examination or holding a credential does not guarantee investment success.

State registration and residents

This website is published for residents of the United States only. Investment advisory services are offered only to residents of states in which the adviser and its representatives are properly registered or are excluded or exempt from registration. Not every product or service referenced on this site is available in every state or through every representative listed.

Insurance products, where referenced, are issued by licensed insurance carriers. Guarantees are backed solely by the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurer. When you buy an insurance product through us, we receive a commission from the insurer, as described under “How we are paid” above.
