Advisory relationship

Advisory services are offered through Foundations Investment Advisors, LLC (“Foundations”), an SEC registered investment adviser. French Capital Management, LLC is a Florida limited liability company through which Jason French provides advisory services. Registration as an investment adviser does not imply any particular level of skill or training.

Form ADV, Form CRS, and disclosure documents

Foundations Investment Advisors delivers a written disclosure brochure (Form ADV Part 2A), a brochure supplement (Part 2B) describing your advisory representative, and a client relationship summary (Form CRS). These documents describe our services, fees, conflicts of interest, and disciplinary information. You should read them carefully.

Credentials

Jason French holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Florida and has passed the Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law) and Series 65 (Uniform Investment Adviser Law) examinations. Passing an examination or holding a credential does not guarantee investment success.
